Charlie Parkin is the consummate property search consultant. With over 22 years’ experience, and an enviable track-record satisfying the unique requirements of his clients, he is proud of the fact he is “not just a house-buyer, but a home finder”.

During that time working in some of the most highly respected property agencies, Charlie’s involvement has enabled him to guide clients on the sale and acquisition of homes up to a value of £60 million.

About Charlie

Charlie was brought up in Dorset, and graduated from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. His many years advising on residential acquisitions and sales in and outside of London brings knowledge and expertise to both Town and Country property buying. His consultancy covers prime Central London, Dorset, Hampshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.

Prior to entering the property world, Charlie enjoyed a varied and highly informative career, working with horses and within the agricultural sector in the UK and Kenya.

When not working on behalf on his clients, Charlie is an active playing member of the Holland Park Tennis Club, as well as commentating at horse trials throughout the South West of England.
